This coffee is produced in the heart of the Dipilto mountains in Nicaragua, close to the border with Honduras. The bushes are planted in the sandy soil of the "Buenos Aires" plantation, set at an altitude of 1200 to 1500 metres.
The majority of these bushes grow in the shade, alongside a vast variety of different plant species. The grower carries out regular inspections of the plantation to p...revent any disease, and uses environmentally friendly methods to fertilise the soil and the plants.
